Small firms drowning under tide of employment legislation

Britain's small businesses are struggling to cope with the endless stream of new workers rights, according to a report in the Sunday Times.

The story states that 'small businesses are dismayed by the prospect of yet more changes to employment regulations. These, they say, have created a climate of fear and uncertainty that is having an adverse affect on their business".
