Martin Phillips qualified as a solicitor more than 20 years ago and has a wealth of experience advising both employees and employers about employment law. He has worked as an associate and partner in five law firms and ran his own practice in Essex for 10 years.

Andrew Phillips spent many years in journalism, but more recently he has worked in employment law consultancy and publishing. Together with Martin, he developed a best-selling employment law CD-ROM for employers containing guidance manuals and template documents.
